What Our Customers Think
Why We Love Lynbrook, NY
About Lynbrook
Lynbrook, New York, is a village in Nassau County, on Long Island, and was officially incorporated in 1911. The name ‘Lynbrook’ is derived by dividing ‘Brooklyn’ into its syllables and transposing them, a tribute to the original home of many of the town’s turn-of-the-century residents. The area was originally known as Bloomfield, and later Pearsall’s Corners, due to a hotel of that name located there. It was a major center of Long Island’s early film industry, with several studios and a theater where residents could watch the actors at work.
